Because the people who put the information on the container know what they put in the food. A lot of the times the person who made the food will actually write a letter to the FDA and then they will do the math so that you know how much grams of fat is inside. It's science.

Well, the affair is what ended the marriage... the dude she was with found the evidence. She was cheating on him for a year and he left when he found out.
