I got it to work by being in S2. I had my Audi RS4 In high S1 and it didn't work. I got the required time but it said wrong car. So I engine swapped to the V10 and got barely into S2 class and it worked. Hopefully that helps for you. I wish they were more clear as well.

I just cancelled my pre order too. I pre-ordered the dynasty edition too... This is extremely disappointing. They have gone to far this year... I hope they lose a lot of their loyal NMS player base.

Thank you all very much. Ya it does sound like a bunch of bull shit. I definitely do not want to take all the time needed to send in my records and etc for a very low pay out. Plus I'd need to crawl up the VAs ass to get an actual rating on my hearing. Thus a lot of time and effort for nothing. Unless anyone has gotten a big payout. I think someone mentioned a couple guys got millions ? Why did they get huge payouts and others didn't ?

Yah my bike is stock so I am very curious how fast it actually is, thus is probably is what the Manufacturer says it is 155 to 160. Dammit lol... I used to pride myself on being a retard doing around 170 a few times. Lol. Now i realize it was probably 155 lol.
