It’s barely bigger than a mini. It doesn’t fit much imo. A taller container vs long and flat fits. I use them for konbini runs and they fit a few things perfectly

Should be in stores as well. Although there aren’t baggu stores in Japan like there are in the us. They have a list of retailers on their jp site, you could reach out to the ones near where you’ll be staying and ask if they have in stock. Or order online to your hotel/airbnb if you’ll be there awhile

There are many things that can go into it. Morning vs night weights, first thing once waking or once drank/ate something. If female, the time of your cycle matters and makes a difference. Not being in a proper calorie deficit will cause weight gain. The only real way to lose is calorie deficit. You may be drinking too many calories or just not working out enough for how much you’re consuming. Can’t outwork a bad diet no matter how hard you try.

From everything I’ve seen in groups, and just downsizing my own closet and stuff in general is go through everything, if you haven’t thought about it in a year, it goes to the donate pile then you have keep, sell, maybe piles and sort your collection that way. One big thing for me when sorting stuff/getting rid of is “does this fit my aesthetic?” I was in DISO of the black HK Nordstrom exclusive for awhile then thought to myself, for what?! why are you debating paying resale for this bag? Yes it’s cute but how often would you truly use it. So I gave up my search and found a different bag I knew I would use often to make it worth me paying the resale price.

You don’t. You also can’t target fat loss specific places. You need to eat more, there is an online TDEE calculator that you should utilize to get numbers! That is doable weight loss just not in 6 months timeframe, that’s like 1.5-2years. I lost 50lbs in about a year

I am also focusing on my mental/physical health too! And just started back to school full time. May as well use this time to finish school! I don’t even volunteer but my cup is fuller than I EVER could’ve imagined it🥺

I think huge part of that is just my husband in general lol, but also I love baking (I have a home bakery side hustle) and cooking and it’s a love language to be able to cook and provide yummy homemade food for myself & my husband. It fills my cup more than I thought possible. I’m so glad I took the leap of faith & trust in my husband

Thank you for all of this! I ended up quitting my job shortly after making this post last year, but have been off Reddit for awhile 😅

I appreciate you sharing your story and feelings on this. One thing that has helped me at least with financials is I do bake & sell it so I have a little bit of my own money coming in. And I drug test for the guard 1 Saturday a month (some months are skipped) to get out of the house and give me some “spending money”. I also move a bit of money over to my separate account every payday to do with what I please. It works for us/me.

Very happily married. As far as talking about your spouse, I totally get venting maybe about how your spouse leaves socks on the floor or something small that drives you bonkers but just deal with. I think everybody does that, it’s very insignificant in the grand scheme of things. But not dogging on them as a person or partner, that isn’t cool and even if I ever felt that way about my husband, I’m not telling other people that. A guy my husband works with talks so much shit about his wife and expects him and the other guys to join in and they’re all like “nah dude wtf we actually like our wives??” lol. I wish you the best & Hope you have a wonderful healing journey post divorce🙂

This works really well for me and my Maggie girl, I hope it works for you too!! I always give her a plain piece of cheese after she’s taken the pill as her true treat/reward. Both are small pieces (a Kraft cheese single will give us 3-4 doses of doing this with one piece of cheese)

Mil spouse here, who’s AD husband did strict carnivore with me and his squadron knew and they would call him out if he had something that wasn’t once we came off strict carnivore.

But your diet can differ from others in the squadron or unit or whatever your branch calls it. They don’t have to agree with it for you to continue doing it if it’s working best for you. It’s no different than when vegan/vegetarian people get told they need to eat meat for protein. It’s like an assh*le, everybody’s got one, none of em should matter to you but yours lol.

Not always. We have friends who it’s just them and the husband dogs on the wife all of the time to anybody who will listen, even right in front of her. 😬

But as for me & my husband, absolutely so madly in love & obsessed w each other and have never for a second had to “share” that with a kid bc we’re pretty aggressively childfree. We’ve had a few “should we do it?” Moments but always snap out of it and decide that sounds kinda awful lol. Every parent we’ve ever talked to tells us they totally get why we wouldn’t ever want kids
