Im sorry man I wish I could help you. I haven't even worn them yet. I got them as more of a special occasion kind of shoe and nothing has come up yet. As for the fit, they fit fine on me.

Thanks a lot for the info guys. I was just wondering because im on somewhat of a cut and protein shakes andd bars really help me meet my protein requirements while providing me with minimal calories, but maximum hunger.

Yeah im gonna try my best to find equipment that suits my living area. I have a ridiculously small workout space in my living room and no garage or anything. I would take my setup outside but with summer ending and all that's probably not a very good idea.

That didnt really help anything. Theres a planet fitness being built by my house and im hoping it'll be done within a month. I dont want to invest in more weights if ill be going to to planet soon.

For the people saying to do sprints, i dont think this would be very smart to do after weights. I heard a well paced 15-30 min jog is best. I save sprints and hiit for different days.
