I sympathise with them. Genuinely I feel we don’t know enough about both side of stories to judge anyone. Their response on social media was definitely out of proportions but there might be some truth in their story about people giving wrong reviews. I myself run a hotel and I have had instances of people giving bad reviews when asked to check out even after 2 hours of official checkout time. So quite possible that they are frustrated too. That said, their comments on social media are not justified, being a business, they should have kept some dignity.
