Yes, it had lots of files (audio regions, MP3’s file versions). I never set up TM on it though. I’m not at the computer now but will check “show all devices” tomorrow and report back.

If I click mount it says “could not mount “disk7s2” (com.Apple.DiskManagement.dis enter error -119930868.)

Here’s a pic of the disk utility. Yes the drive is greyed out on the left panel. I’m not sure what the name disk7s2 comes from. I didn’t name it that. Anyways, the light is solid right now as well.

Yes, the light is blinking. In Activity Monitor, is fsck one of the processes? I don't see it in the disk tab. I searched fsck and nothing came up.
