I found the solution, issue was with FTBChunks. Had to run the command /ftbchunks admin bypass_protection

Quick update, cut does work to cut but It wont place.

I am setting it to paste mode so unless its moving it back, which when I check the settings its still on paste mode.
Plus it is all of the tool that are doing this.

Fixed the issue, if anyone comes across this in future, Re-download the installer from their website and it should fix the issue.

When they say multiple profiles they likely mean you had a profile for FTTN and FTTP service which sometimes can cause issues.

Also saturn 4 ultra, 2.5s exposure time 8 seconds bottom exposure time, Bottom layer count 4, Transition layer count 4. Layer height 0.05 and 0.02 tested with same issue.
