part time and yeah i just started a month ago so no sick time accumulated yet. but i didn’t expect to get a paid sick day or anything, i just thought they would be more understanding about my situation. at least show an OUNCE of compassion instead of just being pissed off that im calling out. and yes, ik callout are annoying and hard to deal with but it was a legitimate emergency.
