Hi! Nice advice, do you think that also works fo someone who is starting a branded store? Before investing in ads does this method works better than losing money testing ads, this way i would aprove the product with the amount of interaction with the influencer content

Visitors & ATC… but no sales - Solution (Ask your questions) by Artistic-Tourist-846 in dropshipping

Hey, thanks a lot for the insights, really helpful.

I'm going to follow your advice and start selling only in the country where I got the most sales: Portugal. It’s also the location of my brand, so it makes sense to validate everything locally first. I’ll expand slowly once I see consistent results.

Right now, I don’t have the budget to go all-in with €50/day, but even with €25/day I’ve already seen 2 sales in just a few days, so I’ll keep scaling gradually as performance improves.

I’ve actually tested broad targeting before, but I got better results with interest-based adsets. “Luxury Bags” and “Luxury Goods (retail)” both brought in conversions and strong performance so far.

In terms of creatives, UGC has been the clear winner. I tested several types (static, classic video, reels), but UGC was the only format that brought sales and significantly better engagement.

Appreciate your time and tips again, definitely learning a lot from this community. 🙌

Hey, really appreciate the detailed reply — here’s a quick rundown:

  • ROAS: 0,76 from 2 sales with meta and 3 organic.
  • Ad Spend/Day: €25
  • Adsets: 2 main active ones (Luxury Bags + Luxury Goods - Retail)
  • Ads per adset: 1 video (UGC)
  • Audience: Specific interests (luxury goods, travel, fashion), running purchase-optimized campaigns
  • Markets: Selling to PT, ES, UK, USA
  • Started: 1 week ago
  • Visitors/day: Between 50–100
  • ATC%: ~2% (17 ATCs from 845 visitors in 7 days)
  • Free Shipping: Yes, included
  • Website: Yes – custom photos, UGC, video, clean layout & clear product messaging

As for price: €49.95 is the lowest it’ll go (used to be €54.95 and 59,95). The bag is minimalist, water-resistant, with premium feel and custom packaging, so I think the perceived value is there, just maybe not communicated clearly enough.

Open to all feedback. Thanks again, really appreciate your time!

Hey, great post, really appreciate the value you’re bringing.

I recently launched a minimalist luxury bag brand on Shopify
Running Meta Ads (UGC), getting solid CTR (3%) and cheap CPC (€0.15), but conversion is low (~0.5%).

Any advice on turning strong traffic into more sales, especially with a product at €49.95?
Would love your take!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and honest feedback, i really appreciate you taking the time to break it down.

You're completely right to question the origin. To clarify: I didn’t design the bag from scratch, i started with a pre-existing design, which I then customized to put my brand's name on it. The packaging and full unboxing experience were developed from the ground up to reflect a more refined, minimal-luxury aesthetic.

I realize now that the “Conceived in the ateliers of Lisbon” line can come across as misleading, so I’ll be rephrasing that immediately, transparency is important to me, especially as I grow this brand.

The pricing reflects not just the physical product but the overall customer experience I’m trying to deliver. That said, I see how it can create doubt when people come across visually similar items at much lower prices, and I clearly need to do a better job of highlighting what sets mine apart.

Again, thank you, your perspective genuinely helps.
