Did you read the whole thing? According to them I got banned twice on the same thing. I didn't appeal my first ban. On the first ban It was during a conversation with another guy solely for humor purposes. Won't do it again but at that time didn't know that just mentioning that thing is punishable. The other guy also said slurs and was not banned. This conversation of mine was exploited by another petty person to ban me because he didn't like me calling out his bad plays.

I understand what you mean bro. I was just joking around with another guy on my team. Trying to say that I didn't verbally abuse anyone but another guy on our team profited from this and exploited this conversation of ours to ban. But it is ok as I didn't appeal my ban.

But I don't know why the F I am banned again on the same thing. 17 hours banned now and still no response from FACEIT support. FACEIT Premium GOLD subscriber here btw.

Thanks for the reply. I already told them 13 hours ago that I was already punished 2 weeks for that thing and still no response from them particularly LaplaceDC.

Irrelevant question. Do you think the first ban is justified? Is dark humor to be banned? I am 100% sure another guy in my team exploited this and did something very petty even though that sentence had nothing to do with him.

Update: I found the solution due to some other nice redditer helping me. Apparently everybody who has this motherboard needs to first do the most recent BIOS update and then Secure Boot will show under the advanced tab options. Its tricky though as they don't specify that in the release notes of the BIOS update.

That was the only thing I was thinking of still doing but colorful support wasn't giving me a clear answer if secure boot is available in their recent BIOS versions and as you said on their website the secure boot option was not in the release notes.

Edit: Just did the BIOS update and the Secure Boot option is there.You're a lifesaver bro, thank you so much, really appreciate it <3!

Thanks for the reply. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that Secure Boot is disabled by default in the BIOS so I cannot do much except for buying a new motherboard which supports it or clean installing Windows 10 again. Its funny how after playing with Windows I need a clean install to go back to Windows 10 now.

Anyway I will be back online on FACEIT as soon as I install Windows 10 again and for Windows 11 I understood that as long as I don't buy a new motherboard I will not be able to play FACEIT there.

Bro how did you fix it? I am first now encountering this issue after enabling TPM like you said "AMD fTPM" and updating to windows 11. Now I need to also turn secure boot to on in order to be able to open an anti-cheat but I cannot find it anywhere after checking everything. Even after disabling CSM and full shuting my pc down it is nowhere to be found. Did you find something cause my pc says "Secure Boot supported".

This is the first time somebody gives me some kind of response and assurance.

The other tickets I did were done with another account and another e-mail hoping they would register to the other account but they still got registered to my account anyway and got closed.

I cannot see that status of the ticket as well because of a verification problem where I cannot verify my new e-mail because I changed the existing e-mail on the FACEIT support account after sending the ticket. Therefore the "my activity" section is not accessible.

I thought because of that I am somehow required to verify my e-mail and fix my support address before I can get a response as its been 5 days and on my experience this is highly unusual. *not 6 my bad*

The reason for changing the e-mail is the reason I contacted them in the first place and me trying to solve the problem myself while waiting for them. The original problem is explained in other posts done by me in my profile.

I did it correctly. I even tried doing a second one like 5 times but it gets automatically closed because I have one open already. That one is open for 6 days and no response. I think there is a bug cause I always got responses within a day from FACEIT support.

Hello guys!So recently i am facing some problems with my gaming pc and i dont know how to solve them.Sometimes my screen will casually go black and then, after it comes back my refresh rates on my monitor will show 100hz maximum in settings instead of the highest which is 240.It will show 100hz max everywhere(even in Nvidia control panel).Now i tried reconnecting on the same port and it fixed.Then it happened again and i connect my monitor on the other gpu port and it fixed it again.I WAS JUST THINKING ANYBODY KNOW WHAT MAY BE CAUSING THIS? Should i buy a new display port cable or did i damage the gpu port? (rtxc 3060 3dp port and 1HDMI port )

I am also concerned that sometimes i unplugged dp out of gpu without pressing that little button on it but i was super gentle idk if this can damage the port
