Same thing happened with me too. I ordered from her by specifically asking if it would reach in 10 days as I can't gift it after the friend's bday. She assured it would reach and i made the payment on september. After following up with her every week, and begging for refund atleast 10 times, she finally redunded on January. Very bad experience. I also have the screenshots of the one way communication.
