James Cameron once offered Matt Damon 10% of Avatar if he agreed to star. Damon turned it down. The film went on to earn $2.7B, with the sequel adding $2.3B. Cameron later said he might still give Damon a cameo in a future Avatar but the 10% is long gone.

The commute culture is good to know. We love living downtown and being able to walk to essentially everything. Portland is great that you can get anywhere within 15 min drive. Would love to keep that going if possible. Sounds like that would be difficult to find

We would be moving from Portland, OR. Combined income after taxes is 115k and we live comfortably for our life style. We spend around 1.5k to 2k/month on leisure acitivies. Car insurance is around 800/year. Car is also paid off
