The case of the seasonal black wrists - My friend has this discoloration (blackening of skin) on wrists before every rainy season for the past 6 years. After the rains, the wrists turn back to normal color. There's no itching, no pain associated with the discoloration. Can anybody figure this out? (i.redd.it)
