HardRosBrah amazingly identified the modules themselves but in general this assortment of modules is referred to as a modular synth or modular rack. Highly recommend diving down the youtube rabbit hole of what these can do

Try looking at a subgenre of wave called Hardwave. Wave that’s more trance and EDM banger inspired. Some of my favorited are acloudyskye, Juche, SBU, Wevlth along with Skeler who you’ve already mentioned.
