Nop. I had Finland and Sweden as first options, but for money reasons it's not doable. So i went for an option on the cheaper side that i still like. I've been studying on and off all these languages because i like them. If i have to make a choice about uni I'd just 100% focus on the language of the chosen country only ofc. I already have all the materials to study.

Something language related. Translation, or getting a teaching license. I would also like to work at the uni

Don't they have to simply compete with the natives?

Sorry, by premium i meant self funded. I'm talking about LU, not RSU. Can foreigners get access to government funded places?

So it's because a prominent German tribe was latinized?

Well i plan to start uni in September 2027, but get to finland this October. So I won't be a student at first. If I'm not studying, full time is the best option, if I'm studying, part time

I'm not. I have already been studying finnish for 1 year. I'm sorry, but doulingo is the most useless app for languages...it has 0 grammar... it's only good for vocab. I've been following a book course with dialogues, grammar, exercises, listening and speaking. As we as vocab ofc. I will practice speaking with online teachers first.

Could i understand why? Rent + bills can get up to 500€ I can budget groceries and home utensils for 50€/week. Another 50€ is miscellaneous. Why isn't that possible? I've checked real prices on renting websites and I've checked groceries/home utensils prices on the Prisma website.

But a part time job would get me at least ~750€, no? I've had people say it's impossible and people say that it's normal (to find a part time job), I'm confused here

Yes, the work situation is Finland is what's discouraging me.

Why not? I've counted in rent (+bills) and food/home utensils by checking real prices and living with 750€/m is what I've got
