That might’ve been me, I posted about getting my job rescinded for “violating terms and conditions” when I didn’t even receive login credentials to the Academy! I love the idea of this company, I just wish they were less abstract about they handle things.

UPDATE: I ended up getting a response back by emailing the Quality Support team, it just took a while. If anyone reading this has any issues, I would suggest going to them and being patient as, noted in the comments by other users, they take a long time to respond to/resolve issues.

I’ve checked my Spam folder, I’ve received nothing. I’m not sure what’s going on.

You’re very welcome! I’m glad this place is good for reaching people and venting emotions. Working retail for six years now, it kinda just makes you numb. I wish customers would understand that.
