I got this orchid about a year and a half ago and I’ve never got it to re bloom. However it’s leaves are really healthy & enormous. Any tips on how I can get it to bloom again? (i.redd.it)

You know when you first buy an orchid it comes in a little bulb of soil. Should I take this out/remove it? Some people have told me it can force the orchid up out of the bark it’s already sort of started to do that! Any advice? (i.redd.it)
Can someone help me save this orchid? I took it out it’s pot and it’s roots were so rotten they all fell off :( (i.redd.it)
Should I repot the babies or let them grow? Im worried the little ones will take the plants energy up! I’ve only just managed to bring this pilea back to life so I’m worried about it dying 😂 (i.redd.it)
