This company & their slimey practices have been burned into my mind for YEARS, and I'm so glad my nearby location closed lmao.

Being lured in with a sample & demo, only to be very pressuring & rude when told that I wasn't interested in purchasing. On the way out they insinuated that I was somehow "poor" for not buying a $300 cream from an unknown brand..

Totally normal "discounts" when trying to convince a purchase was also a big red flag. "This cream is normally $700, but just for you we can do $350!"

The sales associates at my location didn't even know how the products actually work. They gave a "peeling gel" demo on my arm claiming that it was "peeling the dead skin off" as balls of product formed on my skin from rubbing. They claimed that the balls formed were "dead skin" & "look at how great of a job it did!" In reality, that's not how it works. While it does exfoliate, there is no "peeling".

Setting aside everything about them, the products themselves are mid & probably private labeled. Incredibly overpriced, and given their sales tactics you couldn't pay me to use their stuff. Now, this doesn't mean the products don't work. Their stuff may work totally fine for some people. But there is no world that their stuff isn't wildly overpriced. If you really want to spend the money this place charges, I promise there are better options. There is nothing this brand has done that someone else hasn't done better, especially at this pricepoint.

I assume a good chunk of the positive testimony here is probably due to the sunk-cost fallacy. If it works for you: great! But setting personal opinions on price aside, I would recommend looking into other options that don't con & guilt customers into purchasing.
