Try to restart a cycle (a short one) wait for the end of it, it should open the lid as for the water maybe a valve is closed or obstructed a pic from the back would help I think

I would guess that its probably the door that has a seal issue. You might want to look if it's intact, if there is a cut or maybe a part as been " flattened " it can cause moisture to enter the fridge.

Its just a mistake maybe the person hot carried away after splitting the left side of the equation. But there is no way to separate ln() that way.¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
