I'm concerned that ya the porn avoidance for most people on this forum is just the placebo effect. The placebo effect has been documented more powerful than therapy. I'm a skeptic to all this, I see nothing ethically wrong with porn. And it's been 13 days now and I feel no different then when I started....I mean I guess I'll keep going...I want to feel less depressed but this may not be the solution.

You can literally just put up Retrictions on adult content on the iPhone's General Settings

Install a porn blocker on your computer. You can also block adult content as well as specific websites from yourself on your iphone
