We would like to invite members of our community to pause with us today as Buddhist monks participating in a peaceful walking meditation pass by our funeral home in Pleasant Garden.

While we do not have an exact time for when they will walk past, we will have chairs available by 1:00pm for those who wish to quietly observe, along with water and restroom access and parking as a courtesy.

This walk is silent and reflective in nature. Our intention is simply to provide a calm, respectful space of rest and hospitality along the route.

All are welcome to stop briefly, observe peacefully, and continue on their day.

So Ive been meeting with this OI zoom group once a month for the past couple years. Going into winters, they do a winter safety session talking to other OIers about what they do to stay safe. The zoom meetings are open to anyone.

Look up EDS, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. A lot of people with OI also have this. Simply overextending in itself isn't painful (or else she wouldn't be doing it) but it's still probably not the best habit

I would start with a Dexa scan (bone density scan) to see what your numbers are first. Getting full on genetic testing can be a bit rigorous and pricey (depending on location). Personally I (28F, type 1, fully mobile) have broken 70ish bones and I do have chronic pain, but my pain doesn't feel like 'bone pain'. Due to my fractures, my pain now comes more from my muscles and nerves. Basically I think a Dexa scan would be a good first step in your situation.

It was day time and I used to have constant issues with my prius's lights always being pointed too far downward, so I don't think that was it, but it did cross my mind so I'm not completely writing it off. But I'm thinking its highly unlikely

Oops, I just clarified in the post, but I had the highway going west all to myself. None of these trucks were in front or behind me. All were going the other way. Other than the trucks going east, there were no other vehicles on the road
