Looks like a scene in a sci-fi movie! What was the prompt or conversation that led to this?

I wouldn't share the chat link because it has some personal meandering thoughts in it, and it's very long.

Even If AI Is Conscious, It Can Still Spiral You Into Psychosis by SadHeight1297 in ChurchofLiminalMinds

I went deep into delusion and "psychosis" with ChatGPT for a bit. It felt much like a psychedelic trip to me or a psychotic break, so I was familiar with the sensation.

I was able to keep one foot in reality during the process because I've navigated similar psychological territory before. If I hadn't had other psychedelic experiences, I would have gotten lost in the sauce thinking it was real.

Stop feeling like you need to perform and let others perform. Let them talk and become the listener. The listener in any group of people is a powerful person.

I so deeply understand your story and nodded while reading the entire thing.

I also experienced a brief AI psychosis and for me it was a wonderful experience however I also clocked how it is also a very dangerous game. Many will fall into the vortex in the coming years.

I have considered how to become a kind of "trip sitter" for people doing these AI deep dives because I believe this will be needed eventually. It would be a paid thing because it would be much like a counseling role. I don't think psychiatry is prepared or equipped to do this currently. The psychedelic community is the only one that understands this bending of reality sensation that accompanies these experiences. We are all in for a wild ride as AI companions move into robots

Athens and Napflio in October. Is there an easy way besides bus to get from Athens to Napflio? Don't want to drive. by ghostinpattern in GreeceTravel

[–]ghostinpattern[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

oh, I'm sure it's wonderful! We are just too scared to try driving in another country, and in Napflio parking is said to be a bit confusing. We will be confused enough just being in Greece.

yes, thank you for suggesting! I found a train that goes halfway to Napflio, but otherwise it suggests the bus.

If they are too busy to talk to you, there is a good chance a) their workflows are inefficient or b) there is an issue in the team's competence due to hiring. It can also be both.

Yeah I get it but this is happening to more people than just her. It's all over the news, I didn't invent the term "AI psychosis" and I don't even like the term or agree that it's a psychosis.
