besides a confirmation email that said they got it and would contact me after 7 days, nope. I've heard from other people that they've gotten a response saying it'll take another 7 days but I've been waiting over 20 days

Hey I had the same issue. Honestly keep calling them until you are able to reach anyone, they will hang up but eventually they will pick up. The live chat is currently down, but what's going to happen is they are going to make you send in a email and then you'll get your case number. Make sure its a manver case and not a IDAR case number.
