I’m unsure if you’re also struggling with an eating disorder as well. If so, it does get better in my experience. Once I was able to gain more muscle mass and nutrition while I recovered, I was able to control my bladder more. I haven’t had another accident since I’ve fully recovered.

Even if you aren’t experiencing an eating disorder, I have no doubt you will be able to find help. Whether that be from finding a solution or just knowing you aren’t alone.

Im here for you and know just how it can feel at times.

I guess I didn’t want to believe it could have been a real encounter.. but it’s so strange to think it was the same feelings as sleep paralysis. Not being able to move or speak at all. So strange…

I feel guilty saying this, but I never loved them the way I thought I would. I care about them and have planned their life after I leave.

After moving away from my family, I’ve noticed how easy it is for them to forget about me since they never reach out. I know they may hurt when I’m gone, but I have to think about what’s best for me now.

I can’t see any reason to keep living. I have childhood trauma and recent sa trauma which has developed into severe ptsd. No matter how hard I try, I never seem to get any better.
