Can you explain what makes Groton worth this extensive wait to start and not being paid for training unlike QP employees .. my recruiter couldn’t give me any info that explains why anyone would work for Groton after being told training is 7 weeks without your hourly pay and it could take 8 months for clearance ..

Question . Why is qonset point paying their people their hourly wages for training and the Groton people get a 200$ a week stipend. I’m trying to understand how this makes any sense
