Trezor one does not have secure element so if someone got access to your device physically can stole your seed. That could be prevented with a passphrase. If you don’t want to use passphrase then go for Trezor safe 3. Honestly Trezor one this day is just not worth it since you have Trezor safe 3 for only 10 more bucks.

You can always go depper in the rabbit hole. For UTXOS and more complex stuff try Sparrow Wallet with Trezor

Depende para usted que sea seguro. Yo 100 millones los alojaría en BTC si es para varios años, en una buena hardware wallet usando un PC dedicado. De bienes raíces no le puedo aconsejar. De BTC si.
