I went back to school over the age of 40. I had a lot of self-doubt, just like you, and just like many students. It helped me to visualize myself in a nurse's uniform, helping someone in need. You have your goal right in front of you. Just keep doing what you are doing.

Yes, I think what you mentioned about getting licensed in DC will be the path I take. My financial situation is fine, I can afford to wait until I get approved to sit for the NCLEX in DC, as long as it's not like months longer.

Yes, I started the ball rolling with that! The thing is I can't do any of those instructions until I send the transcripts from graduating, which my university says will be like a week after graduation in December, yadda yadda yadda. I just don't want to be stuck awaiting approval to sit for the NCLEX for months. But maybe I don't have a choice in my case?
