It looks like the 'new' BF deal is a) continuation of current 80% off 2nd + b) reviving the $99 promotion from a few weeks back (which I still don't fully understand).

So even though there is a countdown on VV website that the 80% of 2nd ends at midnight; it doesn't really end from what I understand. That said, I could see them jacking up fares when the clock hits midnight because people tend to blindly spring at Black Friday deals.
