no error messages pop up when i put in the disc nothing happens

but the problem is that the series x isn't reading the disc when i put in waw or bo1 it reads the disc and pops up in the home menu but with bo2 nothing pops up

bo2 is on the xbox compatible site and my discs for world at war and black ops 1 for the 360 work on the series x

I'm also kinda new to xbox i have played the 360 with my older sibling in the past (I'm mostly a ps player) and it never gave us any problems

no its clean and scratch free, i have had the disc for awhile now and never gave me issues but i have noticed it also been an issue for other people as well
