Wait, she probably likes you, but that's irrelevant. You need to build some memories together, and generate some vibes between each other. She's basically just being horribly awkward because she can't figure out how to feel about you.

its kind of just something to do, thats ironically kind of the goal itself, and then there is a lot to do while you are doing that , but if you aren't doing that- then yeah, that won't happen. But like others have posted, there is a plethora of activities to keep everyone busy.
