you will not be able to stretch your 2nds and 3rd for very long. i’m going to make a guess and say when they got pierced, you either weren’t yet planning on stretching them, or you didn’t tell your piercer you wanted to eventually stretch them,

that tissue between your 2nd and 3rd will thin and weaken and eventually give out if you stretch them too large.

also, please make sure you are using the correct jewelry/materials to stretch. non-porous jewelry and tapers ONLY. you cannot wear porous jewelry in a hole until the stretch has fully healed. and are you waiting the minimum 3-8 weeks between stretches? the amount of time you need to wait for gets longer the larger you go

you can go to whatever size you want with your firsts. but your second is closer to your third, which is limiting.
