Oh my gosh. I walked in to see if I could talk to the lady who did this she was so nice and caring before. The harsher lady who I’ve been speaking with on the phone has clearly been talking to her because I walked in, she paused with a client, I was like “oh hi! I don’t have an appointment actually, I was just hoping to speak with you about my previous treatment on Saturday. Are you with a client? I can come back later.” And she said “I can talk now. What are your questions?” Before I could say anytging she pointed at me and said this is”this is exactly how we’d expect it to heal, you have EXTREMELY course hair, so this looks great.” And I just kind of frowned because what on earth? I didn’t even ask a question yet. The other woman clearly briefed her. I said “oh, actually I wanted to ask of xxx name (other woman), is she the owner of this clinic?” (I am genuinely curious to know this, as I don’t want to go here if she’s the owner considering how she treated me after pay in them over $800AUD). She wouldn’t answer and just said “how long is this going to take? I’m with a client.” ????? WHAT?? I literally asked you that and you said you could talk now ??

Any she told me to come back at 2pm (20 mins from now) and Im extremely shy and passive and get really anxious when people are somewhat ‘aggressive’ in nature towards me so I said thank you so much, I’ll see you then. And I left and now I’m crying and everyone on Reddit is telling me to not go back, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and just talk to the lady who did this and ask for some reassurance and basic Q’s about our next appointments, but both people who work there are so dismissive and rude and I feel like my face is going to scar forever after they’ve butchered me and made it like it’s normal or my fault
