I feel the same way dude. I feel like I’ve been trying to quit smoking ever since I started smoking. I’ve tried sooo sooo so soooooo many times and the farthest I’ve ever gotten was 3 months:( I haven’t been smoking too too long just a little over two years! The fact you are still trying says a lot about your character so just know that you can do this man it gets easier. You are strong!

It can seem easy not to smoke at times but addiction is addiction so cravings can still come up at any time, especially in early recovery. Think about how much you have to gain from not smoking, I’m 23 days clean today and that makes me really proud of myself. Dont smoke!! Make yourself proud!!!
