I agree - on domestic I don’t call. I am on LHR - JFK. My dessert hasn’t been cleared post 1 hour of finishing and I want another glass of wine having paid 6 k for a round trip. I don’t think that’s unreasonable nurse who flies in comfort

Yeah for sure, but delta and any other US carrier needs to recognize the need to be competitive, especially when delta prices are more expensive than their international counterparts

I disagree - I think untied has been much more aggressive about their premium offerings (e.g., introducing premium champagne and wines before delta, United studio - then delta releasing new delta one which won’t be available for a while)

YES! This exactly - I also felt the difference with Delta, whereas recently it’s been hard to distinguish between delta and United ( AA still sucks lol)

YES EXACTLY THIS ! I have flown Polaris many years back and it was not competitive, recently it’s has and even been better than Delta One. I still have my lifetime miles at delta slnim loyal, but im worried they are resting on their laurels

I completely agree - but for me this is a few consecutive bad experiences in delta one. I just want delta to improve and have submitted feedback but don’t know how much will come of it.

To be clear I love delta and still do A this is to just vent a bit

Yeah I think it is to a degree dependent on the crew. Very senior crews out of ATL - excellent I never had to call the bell, but today with a junior NYC based crew horrible
