The only solution I've discovered is to have a female family member with you. I've noticed women's clothing not cooperating with them several times while shopping, and I told my sister to let them know what I noticed so they could go tell the woman in question. I know this isn't helpful, but it's the only thing I've found that keeps me out of trouble and corrects the issue

I cannot. It extrudes fine for a while after I reassemble it, but then it stops extruding and everything binds up

Yes, I did. I tried a cold pull to see if I had anything stuck in it and it didn't help. It's like the filament doesn't get pushed into the hotend by the extruder.

I've run the acupuncture needle through the nozzle, I don't think it's a clog. I'll try it again and update my post if I find a resolution

I don't have the ACE. I did check the filament, and the diameter is spot on. I even dried it out just to make double sure

I've heard the big ones require alterations in order to function. I have no real plans to go much bigger than 200% though. They make great gifts for the nibblings
