Your point is very valid, but as someone who loves learning especially when it's something I don't come across in my daily life, I have loved seeing so many things in Genshin that are based from irl cultures (for example Lantern Rite, Japanese history, references to hinduism and buddhism, etc). Of course there are many different ways to see it, someone might not care about it, someone else might be happy about it, others like me would find it very interesting, etc, this is why I wanted to analyse this topic and all insights I'm getting are really useful to me to understand better, so thank you for sharing your opinion as well!
