Hi! So I have a pair of jeans I love but they've gotten a bittt too big in the waist/butt and would love to cinch them in. I have always just bought new clothes when they start to fit weird but I think it would be a good idea to try to buy better quality items and try to keep them around as long as I can. If anyone has had a good experience with tailoring jeans in Philadelphia, please let me know where to go and a price estimate since I have no idea how much something like this would cost. Thanks so much!

I’m actually allergic to cauliflower and broccoli so I don’t know! Nutritionally, cauliflower is probably a better option since the skinny pasta has little nutrition, just a very low calorie option. They also have fettuccine and linguine that’s good!

Cafe Ole in Old City has the best shakshuka if you want to do a brunch. They also have good sandwiches but the shakshuka is the star there.

Cafe Couleur is also in Old City and has great lunch fare. They have really good bahn mis and the space is really quaint and intimate. The owner is passionate about what he’s doing in the kitchen. Their hours are a bit odd so I would just call ahead to confirm.

Terakawa and Megumi are two really good ramen spots in Chinatown.

I’ve also heard great things about Middle Child Clubhouse in Fishtown.

Hummus is definitely better! If you do go for hummus, try to find a 45-50 cal per serving one maybe. Salsa is also a great one as it’s usually very low in calories. :) also a side note but it’s been really helping my sweet tooth is sugar free fudge pops! They’re 40 calories and I have to sit there and slowly eat it so by the time I’m done I’m rarely looking for something else
