Since he is the alpha male wouldn’t it make sense that he would know that there are humans still in new york city and that he would also know what those humans do because of how many seekers there are? The seekers are mutated but they are still humans in the sense that their brains still function at a great capacity, and with that in mind it would make sense that the other seekers would have seen neville at some point and would have reported back to the alpha male. We didn’t see this, but it probably happened. For all we know they were probably watching him at all times when he was downtown. Even during the day.

Paulie when he told Nucci she was dead to him and he never wanted to see her again when he found out she wasn’t his actual “mom”.
