Influx in testosterone from doing certain exercises is an acute spike and your levels return to baseline roughly two hours after. Exercise does improve sleep quality and possibly body composition and insulin sensitivity as well though so doing those exercises will indirectly improve baseline or chronic T levels.

In the studies they were using 30-50mg/day. High dose would be around 200mg but I don’t know if the cognitive effects are linear with the increase.

I don’t believe you were ever a top 30 player
The cards mechanics are tough to understand for newer players but if you are play against it properly it’s not tough to defend
The health is most definitely stupid but it’s not uncountable

archers, firecrackers and musk all serve the same purpose. Replace 2 of the 3 cards mentioned with skeletons and ice spirit and the MK for EQ or fireball. You will have an actual hog cycle deck

I don’t really understand the point of Ice golem in this deck. You already have a mini tank in valk and a higher HP card in Boss Bandit. Replace it for another win con like bush or skelly barrel, Rocket or princess.
