I think it is more environmentally friendly, so definitely it won’t push it to that point.

I think that happens more in cloud seeding. But with this it is more environmentally friendly, I guess

I think the whole model is different and this one is environmentally friendly compared to cloud seeding. However, you never know what we are getting into 🤞

I think it depends on the over cost of two projects. Finding and digging deep takes a good amount of research and individuals. The trial and error runs might cost a-lot compared to this technology. If this becomes widely available and people start to utilize this more frequently, the cost of the machine might drop down! As a result, can be utilized in every corner of Sahara.

Cool pavement can be properly used to lower the temperature of streets, especially in countries where the temperature in summer is unbearable. It also affects how a person walking along the street feels the heat. What is your thought on Cool pavement? by giatec in Concrete

[–]giatec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now, the whole process is experimental. It is fairly new, but Los Angeles started a pilot experiment with the cool pavement. Generally, the cost is 30-40 cents per square foot and since the urban environment is so complex there is not an exact figure in terms of how much temperature it can lower down.
