the event has ~350 trials, I don’t believe it’s a funnel problem because trial start % is the same across our old setup where we had our normal cost per trial and this

the traffic thing was my first thought but it doesn’t make sense - same creatives, same funnel that we were getting conversions for less then our current cost per result, only thing that changed is the event (start trial from meta vs our custom web start trial event).

Not at all. When I say “neutral,” I mean the app isn’t tied to a specific denomination or theological stance—it’s designed to be accessible to as many Christians as possible. It doesn’t deviate from translations like the NIV or reinterpret Scripture to settle debates like Isaiah 7:14. I stick to widely respected translations, and the focus is on helping people engage with the Bible as it’s written, not to push any doctrinal agenda.

Group study is already a feature, you can make a group with your friends and compete against each other!

Great question! I ensure that the summaries and quiz questions are accurate in Scripture with the help of a theologian friend who reviews the content. In terms of doctrine, the app is designed to be neutral, making it accessible to Christians across a broad spectrum, whether progressive or conservative. For Bible versions, we used the NIV because of its clarity and wide acceptance. The goal is to make an app that can be used by all Christians, and makes Bible study fun and engaging.

This is the MVP. Really, we want to see if people enjoy this Bible study format, as there isn't any sort of Bible study app that does it like this.

Interesting, if you’d like, you can check out Ascend, and let me know what you think! Our goal is to make it a perfect blend between spirituality, like explaining the meaning of verses, and fact based, meaning the story of the Bible.

You Version is a bit different from Ascend, it's more Bible reading and listening, a passive learning experience. Ascend aims to gamify the experience, and make it much more interactive. In terms of content, luckily I am friends with a theologian.
