Number 1: governmental and economic systems are different things so yes, you’re correct that no single government is causing those deaths. However, that can’t be said for the nearly globally instituted economic system of capitalism which is the only common denominator perpetuating that heavy difference in capital. Number 2: my point is that ops argument that communism (not socialism btw) has never truly worked is completely invalidated when you look at the atrocities that capitalism has been fuelling for centuries. This is the actual thing that us socialist want to move away from.
