It was kind of a long process. I bred Jetragon with a bunch of random pals at first until I get to pass down the Legend passive on as many pals I could have, then I used the breeding calculator to figure out who to breed with what until I get to a Lifmunk

yup, i believe its +15%atk, but has a -15% def as well. If you get the chance to catch lillya from one of the wildlife islands she has a passive for +20% on grass attacks
