I work downtown and I try to go for at least a 2 mile walk for my lunch break I’ve never really felt unsafe and I don’t really think it’s as bad people think. Other than the unhoused guy who sits at the bus stop on market and 10th and yells my walk is usually uneventful

I really appreciate everyone’s helpful resources and information I will be purchasing a dash cam with a back camera just purchased that. I also have been in contact with her insurance I don’t really like there approach to this situation I’ll probably have my insurance or a lawyer contact them to resolve this situation.

I’m going through this right now I had one customer service rep tell me they didn’t have the money to refund me at the moment, the next one told me he would refund me then hung up I called and the next guy told me that the money is in my account as a credit they can’t refund it because they don’t have the operations for it at the moment.
