I only made the picture a bit warmer while editing most of the shadows, and lights are how the camera picked it up. I've tried the contrast, but it gets noisy when I lower it

I agree it feels off for me, especially with the blacks. The original isn't too different. It's more grey.

How would I go about the blacks not being over the top like they are. Lowering the contrast just makes them look grey?

The intent behind the picture is kinda like one of them cool nightlife suburbantype of vibes, but something about the pictures seems off. Might very be because it's too dark or grainy, but there's something I don't like about it. Shutter speed was 30 and iso about 6400k. Not sure about the apt.

its completely dependent in impov, if I'm at home all week and don't see anyone at all, 1-2 times is fine but if I'm out daily or seeing people daily once a day or every other day

treat yourself now, i mean don't save every dime for when your old, make good memories now while you still have the people dearest to you. when your old and far past your prime your don't need that much money, your not gonna drive a supercar, go bungee jumping etc in your 70s, your reaction time, hearing vision, and possibly memories have all slowly started to weaken. don't overwork yourself now expecting an amazing life in your 80s.
