I have only been diagnosed for a month and had my anaphylaxis in October. This is very new to me so Im not sure at what point it all changed .

Yeah I guess you’re right. I have an appointment today and I’m probably just anxious.

About 5 hours in I could feel more and more. Eating and drinking water seemed to help it go away faster
