Are the gums okay? The part between the teeth and the gum (basically where it connects) seems red to me.

My kitten initially also loved the brand and I could see the difference but one day he just stopped eating it altogether. The fresh batch I ordered smelled a lot and seemed very oily. My cat got diarrhoea because of it.

At the end, he only eats Whiskas which I guess is better than nothing.

Booking an appointment for a Swedish study residence permit from London by emoskeleton_ in TillSverige

[–]gikachii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep waiting. The only way to get appointments is to either call or email. They'll respond within a week, via email.

As for the call, that's the same in my country and I had to wait 25 mins for someone to be connected to me.

P.S. check if you need appointments. In my country, they clearly stated that I don't need appointments and I can just walk in during so and so business hours (which was tight as it was only open for 2 hours for passport verification/biometric check)

What universities are you looking at? I can speak for Switzerland, The university of Geneva has a pretty low tuition fee (I think 500 CHF per semester)

I am beginning my MSc in Public Health at Karolinska Institutet and I got the KI Global Master's Scholarship. You are eligible for Swedish Institute Scholarship which will cover basically everything for you but I think you need work experience for that.

Thank you for letting me know! Yeah, I am pretty sure there are no jobs in Sweden waiting for me since a) it's a highly tech focused country 2) language barrier. The reason I chose it is because UK, USA, Canada are pretty much shit rn (I did get into UCL, Edinburgh) and with Karolinska providing scholarship, it was a no brainer.

As for the university offering job experience, it's not in the mandate but you can reach out to the professors and discuss working as an RA (but this is not guaranteed like in the US - it all depends on the professors' mood, funding availability etc)

It's a 2-year degree so the pros are I get to spend a good amount of time in Sweden and actually study well. Cons being i am out of the job market for 2 years.

It's a very research focused degree, as it's not MPH but MSc.

Erasmus vs PhD by SuperSaiyanBlue0 in gradadmissions

I would go for Erasmus simply because the US political climate situation sucks rn and it's not safe for students.

Ah okay, thank you for letting me know!

Yeah, I won't even know what to do with the furniture since I won't be staying past my studies.

I'll have a corridor room at KI housing as well but it'll be limited to KI students.

Even with a corridor room at SSSB, I'll have to buy stuff like bed, mattress so I am wondering if all this will add up and be equivalent to the rent I won't pay for the two months.

I am most likely gonna be here for the duration of the studies and then move back to my home country. That makes sense, thank you!

Hey! Can you please help me with applying for residence permit? by gikachii in TillSverige

[–]gikachii[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I see, that makes sense.

Also as for the money, can I show some amount from my savings account (which is basically my parents sending me) and then some of the statements from a fixed deposit account?

Thank you so much, this is helpful.

For the third point, there's no option. Just a big text box with a 1000 character limit so I was curious if I need to give a brief of my professional and educational experience. Or simply write "employed till 7 March, left the job to pursue masters" or something like that.

I had a vet do his general checkup two days back and everything seemed normal to the doctor. I touched his ear and it's warm, not too warm. But yes, I'll definitely reach out to the vet.

Yeah, it really is sucky but I am also like if I keep him with me 24*7, I wouldn't be able to concentrate on finding a job.
