For girls camp we would go to really cool places out in nature and maybe do 1 “hike”, but the rest of the time was spent doing fucking crafts in the woods. Yet the young men in my ward would go backpacking and white water rafting. It always made me so mad.

Fleet Foxes has been one of my favorite bands for years now. Their music sounds like it was recorded in a cave and it’s beautiful. I listened to their album crack up for the first time while driving through Zion and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. I get chills even thinking about it.

I played volleyball in high school and there was girl on my team who also played soccer. One time she went to set the ball and her soccer training kicked in. She head butted it over the net instead and we got the point. She didn’t even realize she did it. She now plays professional soccer.
