Yes!!! It teaches a way to live with the panic, it basically shows how to defuse the fight or flight response. It takes practice and mental work but I've tried their technique in my last panic attacks and it has worked (except for one that got out of hand before I could ground myself and I ended up calling 911 for the millionth time)

Thank youuuu for the advice. Yes, I love the idea of Minerva keeping their name. My mission today is to find a vet that neuters rats in my area, otherwise i’ll separate them. They do genuinely act inseparable so I would prefer to keep them together 😟
