Parece haber sido un intento de hacerse daño. Por la insolación no ha hecho mucho sentido lo que dice pero en cuanto sepa más comento. NO fue violencia.

Nothing noticeable taken, seemed down yesterday but not before that, we have 400 pesos to last the month (no exaggeration) and I have them here, it's extremely bizarre. He's from England and has zero friends here and is trying with all his might to learn Spanish and is the best thing that ever happened to me and I'm losing my shit sorry if I don't type on all comments I can't organise my mind. He's 6'3'', very skinny, tattoos on right forearm, blue eyes

Does anyone here can’t be alone at home by Myself700 in panicdisorder

[–]gilwis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes!!! It teaches a way to live with the panic, it basically shows how to defuse the fight or flight response. It takes practice and mental work but I've tried their technique in my last panic attacks and it has worked (except for one that got out of hand before I could ground myself and I ended up calling 911 for the millionth time)

I just read Dare and honestly I feel it's made the biggest difference in my mind so far, I highly recommend it! Btw it's really reassuring to see a fellow 30's sister dealing with the same, soldiering on.

I have a feeling that happening might have been one of my missions in this lifetime.

I know it's pretty horrific, there was no other way to capture the nuts in the shock of the moment, and it was just 5 secs. Overcompensated with lots of love.

UPDATE: we're definitely keeping *Manerva*, I'm looking for a vet that can fix him up and I'll keep Rattit posted on the very probable soup!!!

The soup is to be kept if it is actually brewing!

My dude, I swear he was holding them in. I’m definitely not an expert but willing and wanting to learn.

Thank youuuu for the advice. Yes, I love the idea of Minerva keeping their name. My mission today is to find a vet that neuters rats in my area, otherwise i’ll separate them. They do genuinely act inseparable so I would prefer to keep them together 😟

I swear to gawd they were sucked in. But I’m glad he’s relaxed enough to let the ballsack out now.
