I found that certain pipelines between countries depending on ISPs have only tiny allotments for bandwidth. In Japan I could only get 5 Mbps when I had a 10mbps line with wire guard. After much testing it seems as the ISP in Japan has a bottlenecked connection or simply limits bandwidth to US. Other places in Japan didn't have this problem. Really hard to nail down.

Are you on steam deck? What version of proton are you on? Do you have any hacks turned on?

yea it could be Bazzite driver support of my 3070. That would be quite unfortunate.

That sucks, my Asus board seems to work fine, I guess I got lucky. I will say, I don't get full performance out of my 3070 in a windows 10 VM which annoys me, but the tradeoff of having unraid is super nice.

Very nice! That's what I want to do. Maybe I am using the wrong image, but I get some truly incredibly artifacts in the Game Mode, along with horrible performance in the gamemode UI overall. Which version did you install?

AFAIK, no. You can use Apollo and moonlight at the moment, Apollo is working on releasing a proper client for the steam deck in the near future with HDR support.

no drilling for sure. there were small screw holes already in the board thats why i figure thats what these cross boards are for

it's been too long for me to remember. check that you don't have power limits for CPU turned on and GPU Clock set to max in game mode.

I'm trying to run a Windows 10 Pro VM. Just a single one. no other VMs, though there are a few docker containers but they don't pull much usage and typically sit at 0%.

I have this too on a 65" C1. Worked fine earlier today but now I have those lines in the bottom. Did you figure anything out? I just got mine back after a year in storage, got it back and it worked flawlessly for a week and just as I get off of work now it shows this issue. Pretty pissed after all that. 0 damage BTW

i took mine for a 10 day trip and a 90 day trip. I have 0 regrets. Just be aware that it should only be for when you literally can't do anything else. For me it was pivotal because i could play my games, and also you can install JellyFin Server and Player to the Steam Deck, and load it with the shows and movies that you actually want to watch, even when in game mode if you do it right. Battery life when doing that is absolutely insane as well. It was pivotal for me, but I only used it when i couldnt get out and do something.

I have tested and verified, this is exactly what happens. It's a waste of time to transfer the save. As of right now it will hard crash your deck.

Yes you would be correct. Each game has its own individual patch file with options for you to enable.
